1. Who we are and what the service does
LYNDEN 3D (the "Service"), at 3d.lynden.studio, is operated by LYNDEN STUDIO, an Israeli licensed business (Osek Murshe) no. 040142887 ("we", "us").
The Service is for carpentry workshops and furniture professionals ("you", the "Carpenter"). You upload a sketch, photo or file of a piece of furniture; an AI system reads the dimensions and layout from it; and a 3D visualization is then built from those dimensions by deterministic geometry. You check it, edit it and send it to your own customer (the "Client") as a link. Through the link the Client can rotate the model, see mood images, view the piece in their room through the camera (AR), see measuring and installation dates, request upgrades you offered, and approve the visualization.
By using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Accessibility Statement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Account and sign-in
- Accounts are for businesses and for people aged 18 or over. Your details must be accurate, in particular an email address you control.
- You sign in with your Google account or with a 6-digit code sent to your email. There are no passwords. A sign-in is remembered on a device for 7 days; after that you sign in again.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your mailbox and Google account secure, and for everything done in your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You may invite team members to your workshop. You are responsible for what they do in the Service, and for removing access for anyone who no longer works with you.
- You choose your page address (for example 3d.lynden.studio/your-workshop). We may refuse an address, or ask you to change it, if it is misleading, offensive or infringes someone else's rights (for example another business's name).
3. A visualization is an illustration, not a production drawing
- Sketches are read by an AI system, which can misread numbers or misinterpret a drawing. The visualization is built from the dimensions read and from your corrections. Before you send, the Service lists the questions and assumptions you should check ("before sending").
- You must check the visualization and the dimensions before sending them to your Client. Dimensions, design, manufacture and installation are solely the workshop's responsibility.
- Colours, materials, lighting and details (handles, shelf contents, a human figure for scale) are illustrative and may look different in reality and on different screens.
- Mood images ("realistic render") are created by an AI image model and labelled as a mood illustration. They are not accurate in dimensions or detail. The 3D model is the binding document.
- In-room view (AR) shows the piece at true scale according to the model, but its accuracy depends on the device, lighting and room. It does not replace measuring on site.
- A visualization does not bind you or your Client to anything you have not agreed between yourselves.
4. Content you upload
- Sketches, photos, logos and information you upload remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to provide and improve the Service: to store, process and display them in the visualization, and to send them to the providers that run the Service (see the Privacy Policy).
- You confirm that you have the right to upload this content.
- Do not upload content unrelated to furniture and your workshop's work, offensive or unlawful content, or sensitive information that is not needed (for example ID documents, payment details or health information). In room photos, avoid photographing people and documents.
5. Client details and data processing on your behalf
- For each project you enter the Client's name and phone number. The phone number is required for every paid project (not for trial projects).
- The phone number is used only to tie the project to one Client: it is shown masked on the visualization (last 4 digits only) together with the Client's name and the project date, and the same number can be used for at most two projects in the same workshop within 45 days. We never contact the Client, never use the number for marketing and never pass it on.
- You are responsible for having the Client's consent or another lawful basis to give us their details, and for telling the Client that their details are shared with a visualization service and will appear on the visualization.
Data processing terms. For personal data about your Clients (name, phone, dates, requests, views and approvals), you are the controller and we act as your processor, within the meaning of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Article 28). Accordingly, we will:
- process that data only to provide the Service and on your documented instructions, as expressed through your use of the Service and these Terms, unless the law requires otherwise;
- ensure that the people who access it on our side (the Service administrators) are bound by confidentiality, and access it only for operation, support and security;
- apply reasonable security measures, as described in the Privacy Policy and in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations 2017;
- use only the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy, which you authorize; we will announce any new or replaced sub-processor in advance by updating the Privacy Policy, and you may object by ceasing to use the Service; we bind each sub-processor to data protection obligations;
- help you, to a reasonable extent, respond to requests from Clients exercising their rights, and forward any such request we receive to you;
- notify you without undue delay of a security incident affecting your Clients' data, and reasonably help you meet your own notification duties;
- delete the data when a project is deleted or your account is closed, as described in the Privacy Policy, except where the law requires us to keep it; and
- make available, on request, the information reasonably needed to show that we comply with this section.
6. Client links and project lifetime
- Anyone who has a project link can view the project, without a password. The link contains a random identifier that is hard to guess, but you decide who receives it and are responsible for that.
- A project is active for 60 days from activation. It is then archived: the Client link stops working and you see only a summary. Restoring an archived project costs one project (one credit) and makes it active for another 60 days.
- Through the link the Client also sees the sketch you uploaded to the project (not the colour, door and handle samples). You can hide it in the send card, for example if you wrote prices or internal notes on it.
- Deleting a project disables its link immediately.
7. Dates, upgrades and your deals
- Dates, offers and prices shown to the Client are set by you, and you are responsible for them.
- A Client's upgrade request, dimension request or "I want this" is a message to you only, not an order or a commitment. A change becomes part of the order only if you agree it with the Client.
- We are not a party to the deal between you and your Client. We do not charge the Client and are not responsible for performance of the deal, prices or quality of work.
8. Client approval of a visualization
- You can ask the Client to approve the visualization through the link. The Client approves by typing their name and confirming they have checked the visualization and the dimensions.
- On approval we record the name typed, the date and time, the visualization exactly as shown, and the IP address and browser type, so there is a clear record of what was approved. The visualization is then locked for editing. If you reopen it, the approval is cancelled (its record is kept) and the Client is asked to approve again.
- An approval is a record between you and your Client only. It is not the signing of a contract and does not replace an agreement, a quote or measuring. Its meaning is set by your agreement with the Client.
9. Projects, credits and payment
- The billing unit is a project (one credit) = one Client order of any size. A project includes the sketch read, up to 3 re-reads, and 3 mood images shared between you and the Client. 3 more mood images cost one project.
- A project is activated and counted at its first AI action (a sketch read or a mood image). Failed reads and failed images are never counted.
- Projects are sold in packs of 1, 5, 20 or 50. Prices are shown on the purchase screen before VAT; Israeli VAT at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is added. Purchased projects do not expire.
- Payment, by card or Bit, is handled by PayPlus, a payment processor, on its own payment page. We never see or store your card details. The projects are added to your balance as soon as the payment goes through, and a tax invoice/receipt is issued automatically with morning (Green Invoice) and sent to the account email.
- Free trial: 2 projects, each with 1 mood image, given once per email address (after normalizing the address) and only after the address is verified. Disposable email domains are not eligible. Opening extra accounts to get another trial is not allowed.
- To protect the Service there is a daily AI spending cap and an emergency stop. When either is active, sketch reading and mood images may pause temporarily. Nothing that did not run is counted, and the rest of the Service (viewing, editing, links) keeps working.
- We may change prices, packs and what a project includes. Changes do not apply to projects already purchased and are shown on the purchase screen before any purchase.
10. Cancellation and refunds
- The Service is offered to businesses. You may ask for a refund of the unused projects in a pack within 14 days of purchase. The refund is the per-project price of the pack you bought, multiplied by the number of unused projects.
- A project that has been used (activated by a sketch read or a mood image) cannot be refunded.
- Failed reads and failed images are never charged, so they need no refund request.
- Free trial projects have no cash value.
- Send refund requests to 3d@lynden.studio from your account email. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
- If you are a consumer under the law that applies to you (for example the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 1981), you also have the cancellation rights that law gives you, and nothing here limits them.
11. Fair use and misuse
One project is meant for one Client and one order. To keep it that way:
- Client details lock: the Client's name and phone number are locked when the project is sent, when the Client opens it, or 48 hours after activation, whichever comes first.
- A large change is a new project: after the lock, a change of more than 15% in an overall dimension, a different furniture type or a different number of walls counts as a new project and costs one project. The Service asks you to confirm before charging.
- Re-reading: after the lock a sketch cannot be re-read in the project. A new sketch is a new project.
- Lifetime: a project is active for 60 days and is then archived, as described in section 6.
You must not:
- use one Client's project to show a visualization to other clients;
- enter invented phone numbers, your own number, or the number of anyone other than the Client;
- bypass or attempt to bypass these limits, the trial limits or the billing mechanisms, for example by opening additional accounts;
- access another workshop's data, disrupt the Service, run automated tools against it that we have not approved, or copy the Service or any part of it.
Breaching this section is a breach of these Terms and may lead to suspension or closure of your account (see section 15) and to a charge for the projects actually used.
12. Availability and changes to the Service
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it available and correct, but there may be faults, interruptions and changes, including because of third-party providers. We make efforts to preserve your data, but you should keep your original sketches and dimensions at your workshop. We may change, add or remove features.
13. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example lost profit, rework or material already cut) arising from use of the Service or from reliance on a visualization, a mood image, an AR view or a dimension reading. Our total liability to a workshop will not exceed the amount it paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will indemnify us for loss and reasonable costs caused by content you uploaded, Client details you provided without a lawful basis, or a breach of these Terms, after we notify you of the claim and let you defend it.
14. Intellectual property
The Service, its code, design, brand and visualization engine belong to us. You may use the visualizations and mood images created for your orders, including sending them to Clients and showing your work, provided mood images are presented as illustrations and not as photos of an existing piece.
15. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account and all its data (see the Privacy Policy).
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. Where a breach can be remedied, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it, unless there is a risk of harm to the Service, its users or a third party.
- If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will give 30 days' notice with an option to download your visualizations, and refund the price of purchased projects that were not used.
16. Changes to these Terms
We will update these Terms from time to time. We will give at least 14 days' notice of a material change by email or when you sign in. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept it.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you are located. If the Hebrew and English versions conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.
