1. Our commitment
At LYNDEN STUDIO we want everyone to be able to use LYNDEN 3D: carpenters and team members who build visualizations, and clients who receive a link to see their furniture. We work to make the site and the Service accessible, and we see this as part of the quality of the product.
2. Standards and target level
- Israel: the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law 1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations 2013, regulation 35, which refers to Israeli Standard SI 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0 level AA).
- European Union: the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), applicable from 28 June 2025, and the harmonised standard EN 301 549 (which refers to WCAG 2.1 level AA).
- Our target: conformance with WCAG 2.1 level AA, which is stricter than WCAG 2.0 AA and therefore also covers the Israeli standard.
The site is partially conformant: it meets most of these requirements. The parts that do not yet meet them are listed under "Known limitations".
3. What we have done
- Correct text direction for each language: right-to-left in Hebrew, left-to-right in the other languages, with the page language set so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
- The site is available in 33 languages, chosen by device language or by the user.
- The site can be operated with a keyboard, and the focus indicator is clearly visible, with sufficient contrast.
- On the home page and the app screens, the first link is "Skip to content", which skips the header and menu.
- In pop-up windows (log in and sign up, the account menu, the project balance) focus moves into the window and stays there, and Escape closes it. In the account menu, the arrow keys move between items.
- Buttons, fields and icons are labelled for screen readers, and their names include the text shown on them. Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Every form field is linked to its label, and error and confirmation messages are announced by screen readers.
- The 3D visualization has a name for screen readers. The dimensions are shown as text buttons that can be reached with the keyboard, and buttons switch between the front view and the angled view.
- Colour contrast follows the guidelines, in both light and dark mode.
- The device's "reduce motion" setting is respected: unnecessary animation and movement stop.
- Pages can be zoomed to 200% without losing content or functions and without horizontal scrolling, and adapt to phones and computers. On phones, pinch-zoom works on every page, including the visualization page (on the visualization itself, pinching zooms the model).
- A clear structure of headings and lists, and plain language.
4. Known limitations
- The 3D visualization and the AR view are visual by nature: a model you rotate on screen, and furniture shown in your room through the camera. They have no full equivalent for people who cannot see them. The alternatives available: the furniture's dimensions are also shown as text, and the carpenter can send the client all the details (dimensions, materials, dates) in writing. Anyone who needs the details in another form can contact the carpenter or us.
- Mood images are generated automatically and have no detailed text description. They are illustrations only; all binding information is in the text and dimensions.
- Free rotation of the visualization works with a mouse or touch. With a keyboard you can switch between the fixed views (front and angled).
- Our review included automated testing and keyboard testing. We have not yet tested the site with screen readers (such as NVDA or VoiceOver) or with users with disabilities.
- The workshop's internal screens for cutting, stock, team and administration have not yet been reviewed to the same extent.
- Content uploaded by carpenters (sketches, logos, notes) is their responsibility and may not be accessible.
- The payment page (card or Bit) is operated by PayPlus, which is responsible for its accessibility. If it gives you trouble, contact us with the support button (?) and we will help you complete the purchase.
We keep improving accessibility. If you run into a problem not listed here, we want to hear about it.
5. Accessibility contact
If you have difficulty using the site, or need information in another accessible form, contact us and we will respond as soon as we can:
- Accessibility coordinator: LYNDEN STUDIO
- Email: 3d@lynden.studio
- Phone: +972-50-456-3200
To help us, please tell us which page had the problem, what you were trying to do, and which device, browser and assistive technology (for example a screen reader) you used.
If you are in the EU and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the authority responsible for enforcing the European Accessibility Act in your country.
6. Date of review
This statement was last reviewed and updated on 02.11.2026.
What was reviewed: the home page, the log-in page, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, this statement (in Hebrew and English), the guide, the main app screens (projects, new visualization, my business, project page) and the client's visualization page. Each page was checked on a phone and a computer, in light and dark mode, with the automated testing tool axe-core against the WCAG 2.1 level A and AA rules, and with a keyboard: tab order, focus indicator, pop-up windows, zoom to 200% and reduced motion.
